Nothing banishes stress faster than a fun and active Pilates/strength class! Focusing on building core strength by coordinating movement and breath, Pilates is a low impact exercise that helps you develop optimal strength through muscle balance and stabilising movements.
For your safety, spaces are limited to 50 people on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that all participants will be required to bring their own mats.
